I'm very happy to have found this site! We are researching and doing our homework, as this next spring we will be welcoming new hens and chicks to our family. I've already gotten many awesome ideas for coops, feeders, and the best breeds for our area, we live in the High Rockies of Beautiful Colorado. We can't wait to have fresh eggs! On a side note, I've been collecting those feed bags that everyone is making those totes out of and have made 6 or so. I love them! I get so many complements on them and they sure are tough and can handle quite a load! I'm now on the hunt for more, would love to get some from other parts of the country that are not available here!
