baby chick with crooked neck

I have a chick that is 2 weeks old a Buff, really cute, that has it neck growing crooked, is there something I can do or is the chick just going to die? it seems to be eating and drinking like the other chicks. Will I lose this chick?
 
No, I don't have any pics, her neck bone is just growing crooked. It seems to be like a bent twig growing in on itself.
 
Does her crop feel hard to you? With the crumbles, mash or pellets no grit is needed. I'm just wondering if she gorged herself on the grit? Just throwing ideas out there, it's hard to really know without seeing it. I think it's better to have grit when they don't need it than to not have grit when they do need it.
