Today our power went out for over 4 hrs, the temps in the incubator dropped to 70, I never opened the incubator.. Since then the power has came back on and the temps are normal once again.. But will they survive?

There's only 20 in the incubator, it's a little giant styrofoam incubator. I never opened the incubator up, but the temp steadily decreased after the power went out.. I have to say, these Little Giant incubator's do not hold a temperature very well.
I think you'll be ok. An option you might consider if you are planning on incubating every year is to buy a power converter (available at Walmart, and probably any automotive dept) It hooks up to a battery and converts 12 V to household current. If you loose power, it's a good idea to wrap the incubator in a blanket or sleeping bag. to help hold heat.
