How to hatch muscovy eggs?

How do I tell how old they are? I have 3 eggs that I found and don't know how old they are. How long will it take for them to incubate? Do I need to cool them since I have a simple still air incubator? How do I do that? Can anyone post an accurate candling chart? Thank you!
 
Wish I could help directly - I am not a hatcher.

But I can point you to the Stickies - link in blue letters at the top of the Duck Forum. Click on that, and there are two items you might look at - One on hatching waterfowl, and one on hatching Muscovies. There is also one on helping the hatch.
