I am new to chicken farmin and I'm worried about one our girls. At first, I thought that the others might have been picking on her but today, she looks considerably worse.Her face looks raw, her beak.is cracked and she is bald. Can anyone tell me what this might be?

Looks to me like the other chickens have caused it. She also looks line she could use some fluids. She looks kind of dehydrated. On the beak thing I would say she fell on her face or something but that sure is unusual. Make sure she can still eat. Clean her up and treat the bald area with vetricyn.
