I would like to try raising my first batch of meat birds this summer.
I've never processed my own birds, and don't really have anyone to help me with it either.
I would like to hire someone to process them for me at least the first time around, until I get used to the idea of killing and eating my own birds.
Anyone know of someone who can process them for me, preferrably by hand, like Joel Salatin's methods?
I'm located in the Gettysburg, York, Hanover area of PA.
