Zane... An Update for Those Interested

It has been a long time since I have been on BYC and was not suprised that this is first post I see is about Zane. Glad to see Zane is doing so well.

I still have Meg's baby (Meg Jr.) although, she is huge now and doing very well.

I still have some Barred Rocks that I started from yours years ago.

And my Barred Easter Egger has provided me several new Barred Easter Egger Pullets already this spring.

I was just thinking about Zane the other day, as I was tending some birds that didn't weather this winter so well. :/ I'm so glad to hear he's doing well. Pretty amazing guy. :)
 
Hi, Tori and Ed! Thanks for checking in on Zane. He was able to get some sun today-temps were up in the 60's. He loves to snooze in the sunshine. You know, I also have Zane's only chick he ever sired before becoming completely crippled, Panda, whose mother was my blue Ameraucana, Charlotte. Zane's mother, Lexie, died at the end of 2011.
