Sorry I don't have any but here are some pics from the net. Each breed is different, and the growth rate/ matureity rate varies from chicken to chicken and breed to breed. however pointy saddle feathers are boys and rounded soft ones are girls.

fshinggrl: Is there an age when the saddle feathers are first coming in that can be identified at an early age? Say, 8 weeks? 6weeks? Thank you.
