She had the first egg 2 days ago, the chicks were 2 weeks and 3 days old and then again she lay an egg today. She still takes care of her babies, calling them to eat and sleeping with them, but I'm worried she might leave them soon. They are all together with the rest of the flock and nobody dares mess with her or the little ones but what happens if she leaves them?

it sounds like she will leave them soon but don't worry they will just figure out their spot on the pecking order and continue being chickens

They will be fine since they're already integrated with the flock. The mama will "wean" them when the time is right. She knows what she's doing. Chickens have been hatching and raising their babies long before we humans decided to "help" them. I feel that the less interference from us, the better off they are.

Thank you both for the reassurance. I really hope she gives them some more time, they look way too young to be without a mother.
