what bantam breed are we and what sex are we?

Hi i have 2 bantams that are about 3-4ish weeks old. Can some one sex and tell me what breed they are?

I am not familiar with bantams so correct me if I am wrong but they look kind of like seramas maybe serama X. The top is a cockerel and the bottom is a pullet.
 
Hi everyone, I have 9 chicks that i hatched under a broody, was given the eggs with no info 5 are small chicks and I believe they are serama x the other 4 are larger but I have no idea as to what breed they are, so any help on breed and gender would be appreciated they are all 4 weeks old

Its a bit early to tell the breed of your chicks but keep posting pictures to the forum as they grow for the best results.
