I have a flock of 3 pullets and 3 cockerels that are 10 weeks old and I have 4 three week old chicks in the brooder.

The 10 week olds don't fight at all, the males just started crowing.

Initially I was going to add the chicks when I pull the two extra cockerels to butcher, but they are growing sooooo slowly and I don't want to have to get another coop for the littles.

Maybe add the chicks in 2-3 weeks, before the older ones are fully sexually mature and not as mean? (I am guessing)

'Meanness' has nothing to do with maturity......it has to do with territoriality and can happen at any age from several weeks old. Integrating varying aged chicks and chickens is always risky.

Often best done by housing them side by side separated by mesh until they are of the same size, even then upon putting them together you will have some dustups as the pecking order is established.

Can you split your coop/run with mesh to provide two physically seperate spaces?

There are many, many ways to do an integration. I've found by reading others' experiences to glean tips and tricks to apply to my situation helped a great deal.
