Hello I have 2 barred rock free range chickens. Yesterday I found one of them very lethargic in the yard. She keeps twisting her neck and can't walk. She opens her eyes for a little bit and then closes them. Her eyes are normal color. I have been giving her electrolytes and watered down food. She will drink and eat only from syringe. Her crop feels full but very soft. She is also pooping green and watery. She is 3/years old. Comb and face are very red. She has been like this for 24 hours. Please help:(

Worming prophylactically is an option. Your weak bird may not survive process but if worm burden too high will not survive anyway.

An entirely different health issue may be a play so keep options open.

Assume you do not know problem which appears to be reality. Shotgun it. Mix up a solution of antibiotic and electrolytes and use that as the water source. Fluid may need to be forced in with a syringe. If botulism, then poison is still in the crop.

She flaps her wings and moves her legs when u pick her IP but won't stand or hold her head up. No watery eyes or discharge
