Yes they do, and they can start pinking up from 14 weeks on. Another good idea to check is rows on the EE combs. Usually males will have 3 rows and the females a single row on their pea comb
At 12 weeks, you're looking at a lot of fried chicken dinners, but no pullets. I don't see a single one there, sorry. Pullets of this age will have hardly any noticeable comb and it will be flesh colored, not red. Plus, the patchy/flashy coloring means male.
