It's been about thirty minutes and I took her food out so she can't anything else and she looks ok
You could try to flush it out by tube feeding her water then hold her with head down and message her crop to make her throw it up

Should it pass normally
I don't know, it depends on how big and how sharp it is. Tube feeding is done with a fish tank size tube. You insert tube on the right side ( left side as you are looking at her) of the hens mouth and start siphoning the water in.
