How do you tell if an egg is fertile?

Cracked egg number three and yellow yolk looking luquid came out. So that explains that case. Still trying to hatch two other eggs and one new one from today. Then once they hatch I'm going to give Winter (mom/brooder/) a break.

This is Octavian! My splash silkie white crested polish cross! He is 3 days old, he hatched yesterday well, he had a peep hole on Monday then fully hatched yesterday. Well here are the pictures of
him and his two moms Delilah, his real mom is on the left and his sitter Winter, who hatched him, is one the right. Today I helped him drink and his moms taught him how to eat!
