Narragansett Turkey...Jake or hen?

Hi!!! I know this is a VERY old thread. Did these both turn out to be hens? They look like what I'm assuming is my 4 month old hen.

I know this thread is so old, but I'm wondering, how do you handle a young poult who displays at a particular person? Is there a certain way to handle a poult in response to address the behavior?
