Swollen sinus? Please advise?

I have Safeguard but they are pellets. It would take a few days to get Valbazen, but I will get whatever you think is best.
I am going out there now to check for mites/lice.

Edit: Only able to get my hands on 2 chickens at the moment. No sign of bugs , but have to get ready for appt., will check Jezebel when I get home. I did notice her comb is much rosier than in the photo.

It is hard to give the correct dose with Safeguard pellets added to the feed. SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer (about $20) is good to use as long as they aren't molting. I prefer Valbazen (about $40) because it treats all chicken worms, but may need to be ordered online since more stores sell SafeGuard. Dosage of Valbazen is 1/2 ml orally, then repeat in 10 days. Thanks so much - that Valbazen was the best deal I've seen, with free shipping. I just ordered it. I don't know what I'd do without you guys. Thanks for hanging in there with me.
I also checked 3 more hens vents with a flashlight while they were on the roost. So far no sign of lice/mites.
