Would love to know what breed this little girl is-

In the new photos, she looks more like a Black Japanese Bantam to me. By no means a great show quality one, but still a Japanese.
 
To me she looks like a hatchery Old English that carries the Cp gene (creeper gene).
The Cp gene is the gene that gives the Japanese bantams there short legs, this bird very well could be a OE/Jap cross.

Black Japs have white laced hackles and yellow tinted legs.

She is definitely "fluffier" than my other OEG, and has more of a U-Shaped body.
