To me she looks like a hatchery Old English that carries the Cp gene [COLOR=000000](creeper gene). [/COLOR]
The Cp gene is the gene that gives the Japanese bantams there short legs, this bird very well could be a OE/Jap cross.

Actually, Black Japanese are pure black all over, with mostly yellow legs. I think you're thinking of Gray Japanese.X2
Black Japs have white laced hackles and yellow tinted legs.
