Is this a pullet or roo? And is he/she a Brown Leghorn?

It's funny we named her Blue because we thought she was an EE. Than we thought Welsummer or Leghorn and now something completely different. Haha either way she's a super sweet girl who refuses to leave my arm. Shes even left some preety sweet scars on my arm because she literally never wants to leave me.
 
Agree on the speckled Sussex pullet. They're quite the eye candy when the grow up and get their big girl feathers
