Pimples but hole

There are small pimples near my chickens but hole. Are they bites,

I cant @twocrows i am taking a picture with my iphone. I can hold her up easily enough to take a picture of it with only one hand my hand isn't big enough im only 13 lol

I'm thinking that these "pimples" are really feathers growing in, or places where feathers will grow in. The question is, why aren't the feathers there. It's possible that she is getting picked on or is molting.
