I cant @twocrows i am taking a picture with my iphone. I can hold her up easily enough to take a picture of it with only one hand my hand isn't big enough im only 13 lol

They probably aren't bites. They are rough areas where feathers grow.

Has she molted recently? These may be where pin feathers will come through. Do you have anyone to help you take pictures?

I'm thinking that these "pimples" are really feathers growing in, or places where feathers will grow in. The question is, why aren't the feathers there. It's possible that she is getting picked on or is molting.
