New chick! How long do I need to quarantine? When should I start taming?

Oh and I forgot to tell you! Thanks SO much for all the help with this! I think Ana will join the flock soon! Ana has such a sweet personality!
If she's scared or nervous she just goes into her cage where she feels more secure and she's really quiet and hardly every makes much noise at all.. Elsa is the total opposite! Elsa will run shrieking when you try to pick her up! And every time you try and pet her she makes a fuss. She's so dramatic!

I should take pics of them together! They should be living in the same coop in several days.
I'm in the middle of building a new and bigger coop so I think they'll get along better if their both in new places.
 
They are now in a bigger coop! All are very happy in it and Pepsi has started laying now!
They have been bullying Ana and she terrified of Pumpkin and Pepsi! Every time I go in the coop she goes flying onto my head so they can't peck her! I hope it gets better soon. Elsa is nice to her, but not super nice. Ana is the sweetest thing and loves cuddling in my coat. She absolutely loves being with people. If she could live in the house instead of the coop with the bullies she would. I hope she is accepted soon!
