Two 3 week old kittens, help!

He's been doing great! He's seems healthy and is getting accustomed to his new life. Around 6:30pm ish my dad told me he had heard a kitten crying outside. So I went and found the kittens sibling ( only one). So he's in my porch with the original one. He is VERY skinny compared to the first fellow, so I have him some food and water. Right now he and his sibling are in the porch in the very comfy box. I keep forgetting to check if they are boy or girl! They look like they are 4 weeks old. I will describes them, they both still have their blue eyes, they are black, and very fluffy. When they are older they will have green eyes (all my ferrel cats do). One is the size you would expect (nice and chubby) and the other is quite skiny cuz I just found him. They are identical except for the weight.
