Do you want the smell gone or not? Sometimes things take a little time...

IMO once you scrub off the cigarette smoke residue with say some regular dish soap or what not, fresh air and the sun's UV are the absolute best way remove any remaining odor... Yes, it's going to take a few days, and you might need to find a location or secure it so it doesn't blow away, this is the cost of getting rid of the smell...
