HELP!!!! Shipped chicks not improving

I am so sorry this happened with your shipment.
I agree with donrae. Get a refund and move on. Insist on day olds next shipment. Insist they include grogel with the next shipment. If they
don't want to include it, buy some and send it to the shipper at your own expense.

I always notify the post office nearest, and the regional center if close enough, to CALL ME immediately at any hour when the chicks arrive, and a drive there right away, so the chicks aren't sitting on the dock. Mary
