My uncle had found some muscovy duck eggs on a job site and had to move them so he brought them to me later that day. So I frantically set up my incubator and then candles the eggs I had 15 eggs in all different stages of incubation . I heard low humidity was best so I didn't put water in and it stayed at 0-15% humidity they were half of them were upside down and two died after hatching and 5 made it I just want to no what went wrong so I don't do it again

A likely cause could be how they were set in the incubator. If they were set pointy end up in an egg turner that can cause them to develop the wrong way. If setting in a turner they should be pointy end down and fat end up.
Also how the eggs are stored can have an effect on incubation. As you don't how they were stored because they were found eggs it maybe nothing you did at all. As with incubation they should be stored fat end up in egg cartons. Hope you have better luck with future eggs.

Yeah I think your right I had them on their side in the incubator and hand turned them 3 times a day but I think my uncle had.them every way mixed up cold hot shaken I'm not sure... but I have 5 out of them so that's a blessing

5 seems to me to be pretty good, considering they were found, no idea what had happened to them previously and all partially incubated at all different stages. Congrats on getting some of them to hatch!
