for show?

I think she is quite pretty.

The best thing to do is to go ahead an enter her. The experience would be wonderful, you'd meet all kind of great folks who also love the birds, you'd learn so much and see really, really great birds.

There are some good links about how to prep a bird for a show and other prepping information online.

Thanks so much for responding!! One more question, my hen has a brown strip on her last primary does anyone know if shed get DQ or just points off?

Is the brown actual feather color, or just dirt that will wash off? If the feather shows brown, then technically, that is a DQ since it is a foreign color. The only "foreign" color allowed in white birds is a slight gray ticking, provided the grey isn't in the shaft of a primary or secondary wing feather.

hanks for answering. It's a thin brown line. Her breeder told me to pluck it and it will grown back white...??? True?

The feather may grow back white, or it may not. I once had a White Wyandotte bantam hen with black/gray in one of her wing feathers. I pulled the feather, and it grew back in pure white. However, I've done the same thing to another white bird and the feather that grew back was similar to the defective feather. The only way to know what will happen with your bird is to try pulling the feather.
