Frozen Eggs Edible?

Coming from north Dakota I know about frozen eggs. I use mine and most of the time the yolk isn't even broken! I toss the cracked ones. I remember as a child, my dad accidentally put a dozen eggs in the freezer. As cheap as he was, he wouldn't have thrown them away, no matter what. They were store bought eggs and I remember all of the yolks were broken. I was surprised that my farm raised eggs all remained in tact. I don't get many frozen ones because I gather often.
