hard to tell, but most likely a fox or a cat
It looks like only three toe pads in the picture. Am I seeing that right? Also, how big is it? There is nothing for comparison.

Yes, its consistently three toe pads, its about an inch to 1.5 inches from top to bottom. I'll see if I can get something out there as scale before the snow melts.
It is not a house cat track. Not enough toe prints on tracks.
How are the tracks positioned... Almost looks like a bunny with the middle toes close so it looks like just 3 toes.
Husband thinks bobcat.
Not sure but would you see claw marks if it were a bobcat? I don't think bobcats have retractable claws. If you don't see claws it is more likely a domestic cat.

Whatever it was, it climbed/jumped a 6 foot fence to get into the run (which I think eliminates the local fox who's prints are everywhere else on the property). I'm going to try to setup a trail cam in the next few days here to get a visual on it.
A fox would have no problem with a 6 foot fence, unless it was solid, so he couldn't get a toehold.
