Jonathan looked up as the first students came in. He wrote on the board, "Please pick up a syllabus as you head to your seats." He always kept plenty of markers on the little holders at the base of the board, and allowed students to doodle on the board, as long as it was appropriate for school. He had another, smaller board, which he put his joke of the day on. Today's was:

A physicist, a biologist, and a mathematician are sitting on a bench across from a house. They watch as two people go into the house, and then a little later, three people walk out.

The physicist says, "The initial measurement was incorrect."

The biologist says, "They must have reproduced."

And the mathematician says, "If exactly one person enters that house, it will be empty."

((So basically the only homeroom they can have is with Jonathan? 'Cause he's the only teacher?))

Andre looked down at his schedule. He was still fairly new here, as he had only moved here at the end of last year. He stared at the schedule, trying to mentally find where his classroom was.

((yes, and is it just me, but i don't get the joke.......XD)) Ky looked up at the board and grabbed a syllabus off the pile and looked at the front of the classroom. She hated choosing spots, she turned to Mr. Bussler, "are we going to have assigned seats, or does it not matter where we sit this year?" she asked. She wanted to know if the seat she chose would be her permanent seat.

Mina wanted to punch him soooo bad right now. She walked beside her arrogant brother to their homeroom. Just because they were twins didn't mean they had to be with each other. Even twins need breaks from each other. And that stunt he had pulled.....She needed a break right now. Her breathing grew heavy with anger and annoyance. She clutched her violin case in her hand tightly to keep from dropping it and just decking him right there. She looked at him and could not believe the smile on his face. She knew he was charming, but did have to flaunt it that much.

Kyler waved at some elvish girls as he walked down the hallway next to his sister. She was always way to serious, never knew how to take a joke, which is why his jokes on her were just all the more awesome. Kyler looked down at his sister to see she was fuming, for a moment he felt bad, but that quickly disappeared when she looked up at him in disbelief. Finally, he got the look. He gave her a bright smile as they walked into their homeroom classroom.

((A mathmetician would have thought of all the people in the house as numbers. so, "2-3=-1" so if one more person went in: "-1+1=0" I found the joke hilarious -_- ))

Jonathan looked up at her. "Most likely not, but that would depend on the behavior of your peers."

Tessa groaned. "Then we're definately getting assigned seats. Especially if we get more guys then girls in here like my homeroom last year."

Ky nodded in silent agreement with Tessa. She chose a seat at the front of the classroom right in front of the white board. Ky looked at Tessa to see if she would sit on the right side of her, left side, behind her, or just ditch her. The last option was a little out of reach though.
