help my poor young poulet cant stand or walk

hi BYC i have some real bad news i have a young hen that has still not come into lay yet that i recently found (2 days ago) lying on the the floor i picked her up and took her into the house in a polystyrene box with plenty of hay also with a supply of food and water. unfortunately she cant walk, stand up or even sit down properly with out her being really unstable and falling backwards and just earlier on today she tipped her water and know half of her body is wet please help me know this is really urgent and tips on how to get her dry would be helpful please!


thank-you all BYC members that can help recover my beautiful hen because she still has a long life to live and i really don't want her to be put down
 
I have used a blow dryer on low heat on my chickens after I have given them a "bath"... the bath was either to clean a dirty bum, or because I suspected internal laying, which can make them pretty sick (older hens though). Hope your girl gets better, I've never experienced this with a young hen, only my older ones, sometimes some tlc made better though, I fed my girls oatmeal and scrambled eggs, often putting in some natural but harmless remedies, such as colloidal silver or homeopathics... good luck, I'm sure someone with more experience will have more helpful advice.
