Can bantams eat pellets or do they need crumbles?

I have 6 chickens, two of them are bantams and they are both rather small. A couple weeks ago I switched the whole flock from crumbles to pellets, I have noticed that I have been filling the feeder a lot less. I have also never seen either of the bantams or any of the other four chickens eat any of the food (I assume they must have). I am concerned that they may not be able to eat the pellets as well as they could the crumbles. They are 4 1/2 months old and one just started to lay eggs yesterday (not sure which one). Any insight Additionally I am trying to keep them on an all organic diet and I can not find any organic egg layer crumbles! Does anyone know where I could find one? Thanks for your help!

Welcome! I have Belgian d'Uccle bantams, and have had Old English Game and Brahma bantams, all of whom ate Purina Layena pellets just fine. As chicks they ate crumbles, and had no problem switching gradually to the pellets. I never change feeds suddenly, rather mix them for a while. I have no experience with tiny birds like Seramas.
