I noticed she was having problems walking and them found her stuck on her back one day. I Separated her from the flock and then noticed that she had worms. Treated her and the flock. Still have her separated and she a doing well. But she still isn't using her legs! Uses her wings to move what little she does. Eating and drinking fine. I don't know how long to give her or if she will ever be able to walk again. Treated her a week ago with the antibiotics.

Could be any one of a few things, vitamin deficiency and Marek's disease being two very common causes of this.

Here's a list of resources to check which will give you info to help you determine what it is and begin treating it, hopefully. You will probably need to work by a process of elimination, starting with B vitamin complex or isolated B vits to see if it's due to that, then moving on to other treatments if that does not cure her.

Good luck and best wishes.

How old is your chicken? I would also recommend starting vitamins for poultry added to the water or feed that contain riboflavin and other B vitamins. Mareks disease does appear to be a possibility. Botulism, lead or mold poisoning, and other things such as injury should be ruled out. Here are some good links to read about Mareks disease:
