I am new to chickens and backyard chickens. We have one leghorn hen, and her 3 babies which are leghorn-Bantam mixes and we are getting 2 new ones this week (Wyandottes; one silver and one gold laced). The "pures" are for my children to show in 4H. Otherwise we just like the eggs and their quirky personalities. Any suggestions or tips would be great, thanks.

I'm glad you joined our community.

I would definitely take a look at the Learning Center for some good information. You might also enjoy reading the Wyandotte breed reviews(Wyandotte) or stopping by the Wyandotte thread to learn more about that breed: The Wyandotte Thread

Good luck with your chicks!
