Okay, few more questions....

Well, I had to toss the eggs that I had in the incubator. I noticed one had cracked this morning. I thought it was hatching....but noticed some yellow color. Wasn't sure if that was good. So I took it outside (just in case) and started opening it. It was bad. So I just tossed the other 5.

Here are my 2 week old chicks---the first one is the smallest--the one that didn't have the feathers all puffed out. The second one is the biggest one--the first hatched.

Please help, i dont know what to do... Theres a baby chick born in my incubator at 16 days!! And the rest if the eggs are still in the turner, what should i do to the baby chick and the other eggs?

I'm sorry, I don't know what to do for you. Maybe you can put it in a brooder as you wait for the others to hatch?

Is the chick completely formed? If it is then yes remove it from the bator. It will be fine by itself under a heat lamp or in a brooder. You don't want to leave it in there with the turner as it can become injured.

If the chick is not completely formed (yolk sac still there) then place it in a coffee cup or small bowl. You will want to put a moist wash cloth in the bottom so the chick does not stick to it. Then place the cup back in the bator. With any luck the yolk sac will finish absorbing.
