With more room and something to do, you may see a big improvement. The one with the most feathers is probably doing most of the feather pecking. You could give them something to do like put a real tree branch in with them to climb on and examine. Or get them a brightly colored ball, and they will probably push it around. Anything that keeps them occupied will take their mind off of yanking out feathers. Good luck with your flock, they are real cuties.
