i am expanding my duck "farm" from 3 hens and one drake to 16 ducks.
i have read that you should only have 5-6 hens for every drake, but if i go by those rules i cant have 16 ducks i could only get 14.
i started with 8 ducks (1 drake & 7 hens) and had no problems with fertilization.
I dont want to overwhelm my drakes with girls but i need the extra two hens to break even.
