Is My Predator a Weasel?

Each night we lose a chicken. The head is off and the insides eaten. We have good pen covered from top to bottom but know something probably small finding a way inside. Is it a weasel? That is the only thing I can think of right now. How do I catch it?

I am thinking that you have a possum problem. It may even be living INSIDE the coop or pen.
