Glad to have you join! Feel free to make yourself at home! Yes, they are probably just getting rest!

Ok they are all eating drinking and popping just fine Ive just never really noticed how chicks sleep before till getting my own an saw the way they were laying and it kind of frightened me

Welcome!!!
I'm not an expert by any means, however I've seen and read previously that when chicks lie down they're usually just resting. At a local farm I've visited recently I saw their chicks and ducklings do this which concerned me at first, but if you disturb them they'll usually just get up and run around or find another place to rest. If they seem lethargic, for example if they don't move around much, their wings and heads are droopy, eyes are closed, they are shaking, etc. they're probably feeling ill and need help.

I'm glad you joined our community.

Chicks spend a lot of time sleeping. I wouldn't worry too much.

Very young chicks can also fall asleep standing up, or in the middle of a feed dish. Which brings up the practice of putting clean marbles or stones in a water dish, so a chick falling head first doesn't drown.
