Chicken can't stand up

My chicken is doing very well. She's almost completely lost her limp, and she's able to scratch again. Maybe it was just a sprain/pulled muscle.
 
That's wonderful news!!! Fingers crossed there's hope for me and my little one :) Waiting on some advice... We're completely baffled! :(
 
So do you think it was a sprain, botulism or something else? Did you end up giving them antibiotics? If so, which one was it? We're on day 3 of doxycycline and some improvement but she still can't stand.
