Chick with prolapsed vent.

I have a week old chicken with what I think is a prolapsed vent. I'm wondering what I can do?

Is she pooping regularly? I have heard of people using hemroid cream on them that. But I have no experience with this. Just trying to help.
 
Can't see the pic?
If it has an irritated vent at one week old, need to know other info.
How are you keeping them?...sixe of brooder, level of heat, what feed, etc.
