I have 16 jersey giant chicks they are a week old now. I ordered 15 and got 17 one didn't make it here. These were not straight runs. We have 5 roosters and 10 hens then 1 ?. I know that the pullets have more black than the cockerels have more yellow. At this age will I be able to tell by the comb. We have 1 that the comb is way bigger than the rest. I do believe that it is a cockerel, but will we really know yet?
