Pullet or cockerel blue Andalusian? - Page 2

If you look through other blue andalusian pullet and hen photos on this site you will see giant (and red) combs and wattles. It must be a trait unique to this breed. I have one that looks exactly like yours and she is a pullet. So don't give up hope yet!

This thread is from about a year ago, but the bird in question started crowing. I will miss him. This was taken right before he went to his new home.

My urban farm has two barnyard mixes of red cochin and copper marans, a SLW, a black australorp, a yorkie, a kitty, an exotic garden, a greenhouse. I'm an amateur chef, an artist, and I spend more money on plants and chickens than I do on anything else. Not an addiction, just sheer happiness!

I should have looked at the date, sorry! How old was he in the last picture?
