I have 9 chicks. 3 of them are silkies, and all of them are the same age. They are 4 weeks old, and growing like weeds, except for one of my silkies. It looks like it is still only a couple of days old. All of my silkies were much smaller than my other chicks when I first got them, but now one of them is about the same size as my polish babies, another is just barely smaller than that, but this one is just SO SMALL!! She's eating, pooping, and drinking water. I haven't noticed any of my other chicks picking on her. Is this normal? 4 weeks old, and is still just a tiny fluff ball. A

Pretty normal. A few of the chicks from my last couple of hatches are super small. They're like 4-5 weeks old now and while they're mostly feathered, they're still tiny little things.

As long as yours is active, eating and drinking, I would worry too much about it. There isn't much to be done anyway.
