What breed are these game chickens?

Both the chickens are game chickens, but I am unsure what breeds they are.
I know they are both mutts, but surely a breed they are mixed with can be determined.
Rooster:

Hen:
 
I see game bird in the hen, but am not up enough on the different varieties to know what she is. The rooster, however, looks like a dual purpose mixed breed bird, I'm not seeing game in him. He's very heavy and looks to have a mixed type comb.
