fairs with poultry ban

I was just wondering what others countys and states are doing instead of showing their birds. Our county fair are letting them complete the project by turning in record sheet and sell (by selling a picture of there bird) they have to make a poster, video, or action demo(of course no birds) sadly 3 yrs ago we started a small animals master showmanship trying to keep it going and we and had to camcel it this year . Just wanting to see what others are doing if happens next year we have different options

I had heard that some fairs were doing this. I know our fair might cancel the show but I think they just cancel and that is it. Our county doesn't base much on record books though.

Some alternate things might be a poster or presentation about chickens, or a showmanship class using a stuffed chicken (I think this would be fun for the younger kids). We also did cage decorating contests at our fair and you could easily do this without a chicken in the cage.
