Our 2 little hens started laying this morning.
I found one tiny egg with just a membrane (no shell) on the floor and another on the poop board -- no shell.
I know their systems have to mature a bit to get up to speed with laying, but I guess it wouldn't be a bad idea to up their calcium to get the shells going.
