Is this a rooster?

This chicken is about 16 weeks old. We have another the same age, and the other one's comb and waddles are smaller, and not as deep red.

I hope it's not a rooster, I don't really want to eat him!

Nope, that's a pullet. Looks like eggs are less than a month out
