Its hard to tell at this age, but the top one looks a lot like my roosters do during development. The bottom one has a bright comb, so it could be a rooster as well.

They are handsome birds!
 
The bottom one looks like a pullet but I'm not sure on the top one, though I'm leaning towards pullet. Could you get a better picture?
