black oprington

Hi, I do have a cockerel, possibly 8 or 9 weeks old now that was rescued in the mid of April and I thought I would ask the community help me guess or tell what kind of a breed he is. He is out growing every chicks in the my young flock. I am thinking between three different breeds, Jersey...

The chicken is around 3 months old. I got it when it was about one week old in October. I think it's either a black astralorp or black orprington. I'm not sure tho. Here are some pictures of it. Also, it was both black and white when it was a chick but when it grew older, the white dissapeared.
