free silkie

I've got 8 week old silkies, and out of the 8 I hatched most are cockerels. I'll be keeping 3-4 of the cockerels. The rest of the cockerels will be available for free. We're in south central Wisconsin. I've included a picture of the first cockerel to rehome. He has started crowing already.

We are not allowed to have a rooster in our area and must part with our lovely black Silkie roo. We thought he was female when we bought him but he started crowing last week. His best friend, a buff Silkie pullet will go with him if his new home wants 2! We are flexible to drive to drop off...

Hello!! I am so happy to have found this group and excited to be here to learn and contribute as much as I can :) I am sad to say my friend told me about this group because I need to re-home some roos. :( We are new to having silkies and I did not expect the Roos to be this loud, our neighbors...
